“Latest at Source” is the date of the most recent data point we hold — if this is old, it means the source (ABS, RBA, etc.) hasn’t published newer data yet. “Pipeline” shows whether we hold the latest figure the source should have published by now: “Current” means we do (allowing for each source’s usual publication delay); “Behind” means a newer release looks overdue, and the number is how old our latest data point is. Derived metrics are calculated from other metrics in the dashboard. A “manual data” tag means this metric has no automated source and depends on periodic hand-entry, so no refresh date is shown and “Behind” means someone needs to enter newer figures, not that the pipeline has failed.
