Contact form submissions: If you choose to submit feedback via our contact form, you may optionally provide your name and email address along with your message. This information is stored in our database solely for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your feedback.

AI Chat: Questions submitted to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We do not store chat conversations. Messages are sent to Anthropic for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Analytics: We may use basic server-side analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your feedback or bug reports
• To improve the dashboard based on user suggestions
• To monitor site performance and uptime

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers solely to deliver and support the platform, including:

• Vercel — hosting, deployment and server-side analytics
• Supabase — database infrastructure
• Anthropic — AI chat processing (Claude API)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose data to legal authorities when required to comply with applicable Australian laws.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically purged by our administrators. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by submitting a request via the feedback form or by contacting us at support@highimpactgroup.com.au.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for admin authentication sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Public visitors can browse the entire dashboard without any cookies being set.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data we hold. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage users to exercise care when sharing personal information online.
