AI Chat: Questions submitted to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We do not store chat conversations. Messages are sent to Anthropic for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Analytics: We may use basic server-side analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically purged by our administrators. You may request early deletion of your data at any time by submitting a request via the feedback form or by contacting us at support@highimpactgroup.com.au.

This site uses only essential cookies required for admin authentication sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Public visitors can browse the entire dashboard without any cookies being set.
