Small Business Lending Rate: methodology
Category: Business & Innovation · Unit: % per annum · Published monthly
What this metric measures
The variable term lending rate banks charge small businesses, from the RBA's indicator lending rates.
Why it matters: The rate on the debt most small businesses carry is a direct read on their cost of financing and their sensitivity to cash-rate moves.
